Jonathan Treiber

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Mr. Treiber has been at the helm since RevTrax's inception in June 2006, leading the company through its initial product launch, several rounds of capital raising, team expansion and several key business partnerships. As CEO, Jonathan leads the execution of new product development and strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to RevTrax, Jonathan worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from Cornell University.

Seth Sarelson

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

Seth runs the daily operations at RevTrax and has since the company's inception. Prior to RevTrax, Seth worked in Citigroup's Global Commercial Cards business in brand management for the Purchasing Card, Fleet Card, and Electronic Account products. In addition to his corporate activities, Seth has been published and quoted in a number of marketing industry publications, including AdWeek, MultiChannel Merchant, MediaPost, STORES Magazine and eConsultancy. Seth has also lectured at Cornell University, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and others, in addition to regular speaking engagements at various industry events. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Greg Hansen

Chief Technology Officer

With more than 20 years of technology experience, Mr. Hansen designed, developed, and implemented RevTrax's core technology and systems. Greg continues to lead the company's information technology efforts as chief architect and systems administrator. Prior to RevTrax, Greg served as the Chief Application Architect for Diversified Investment Advisors for five years. Mr. Hansen has a proven track record of bridging business requirements with technology driven solutions. Mr. Hansen holds two patents for navigation algorithms and has extensive experience with design patterns, data structures and enterprise architecture. Working in a collaborative fashion with business partners, Mr. Hansen has lead large integration efforts and served as an advisor for the technical teams at numerous organizations. Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.

Ho Chin

Chief Financial Officer

Ho Chin joins RevTrax from Medidata, where he led its financial planning and analysis efforts, and provided analytical support to the management team. Previously, Ho held financial and operational leadership positions at private equity and venture backed companies, including Dydacomp and Conductor as their CFO, and Azoogle.com as its VP of Finance & Admin. Before Azoogle, Ho was with DoubleClick, where he held a variety of management positions including Director of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions and related business integrations. He began his career at Honeywell and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ho holds a B.S. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Laurie Bennett

General Counsel

Laurie leads the RevTrax legal team. Prior to joining RevTrax, Laurie served as Director and Associate General Counsel of Investment Technology Group, Inc. and as General Counsel of its global order management, trading analytics software and network division. ITG is an agency broker and financial technology firm that partners with asset managers globally to provide innovative solutions spanning the investment continuum. Before joining ITG, Laurie was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Laurie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Comparative Area Studies and minors in Japanese and Markets and Management from Duke University.

Mike Biafore

VP, Product Management

Mike is a seasoned product manager, operations executive and general manager.

His 20-year-plus career has been defined by a passion for identifying, developing, and marketing great products, and he's driven a culture of innovation, strong sales growth and a passionate service culture in every role he's held.

Most recently, Mike led the coupon Clearing, Print & Mail, and Family Codes teams at Coupons.com. He also spent 10 years at Gartner, where he held positions as a technology performance analyst, Director of Gartner Financial Services, and VP of Product and Channel Development.

Additionally, Mike founded and led the MarketPlace Research Practice at MasterCard Advisors, where his team evaluated new product, distribution and competitive strategies. He later managed a strategic consumer and commercial partner card portfolio for Citi, and was Divisional VP of Gift Card at Sears Holdings Corporation. Mike is a graduate of Wesleyan University, with a Bachelor of Arts in history, and of Albertus Magnus College, with a master’s degree in management. He and his wife Laura have three children and currently reside in Crystal Lake, IL.

Lindsay Durfee

Director, Marketing

Lindsay is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including strategy, branding, PR, events, and inbound and digital marketing. Prior to RevTrax, Lindsay was Vice President at Cookerly Public Relations, where she managed multiple teams and budgets across a variety of practice areas, from nonprofit and social marketing to technology and finance. Prior to that role, she worked on VeriFone's global marketing team, participating in the company's global re-brand, and directing strategic media consultation and marketing communications. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from New York University. Lindsay is an active member of Rosie's Theater Kids junior council.

Mel Liebergall

VP, CPG Client Development

Mel is a strategic sales management and business development professional. He has more than 20 years of experience driving growth and new partnerships across many major marketing areas including digital and mobile shopper marketing, in-store media and promotion, social media influencer platforms and retail activation.

His career is highlighted by 15 years at News America Marketing, where Mel held a variety of positions of escalating responsibility focused against the CPG/retail ecosystem, from overseeing the core sales teams to his role as general manager of the company’s retail merchandising business in the U.S. and Canada.

Most recently, Mel led the sales and business development teams and functioned as a strategic advisor to a number of companies—such as CBS Outernet, Modiv Media (now Catalina Mobile) and Brand Connections—where the missions have been squarely rooted in digital/mobile/shopper marketing and in providing overall integrated marketing solutions.

Mel is a graduate of Lehigh University, with a B.S. in Marketing, and resides in Fairfield County, CT.

Randy joined the RevTrax team to lead the continuing evolution of RevTrax products, services and go-to-market strategies with a focus on retail and CPG. Prior to RevTrax, Randy worked for Toys"R"Us, leading strategy and corporate development for the Digital New Ventures group. During his tenure at Toys"R"Us Randy also held a variety of positions in key marketing and finance groups including: digital marketing analytics and insights, pricing analytics, private brands analytics, and planning and analysis. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ramapo College.

Chris joined RevTrax to strategically scale the client services organization and collaborate across departments to grow existing client relationships. Prior to RevTrax, Chris worked for Commission Junction affiliate network, a division of ValueClick, where he led client development teams in New York, Chicago and Boston to double- and triple-digit revenue growth. He has also held marketing and client management positions at a variety of technology, advertising and marketing organizations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College.

Gu Ming Peng

VP, Product Development

Gu joined RevTrax from Diversified Investment Advisors, where he led user interface design and development and served as primary contact for analysts, product managers and developers, bridging real world business needs and back-end systems for over seven years. Gu also implemented a financial mapping application from scratch for fund managers, boosting productivity by over 80 percent, which is still used today. Prior to Diversified, Gu held user interface design and development roles with First Genetic Trust and Workstream (formerly ProAct Technologies). Gu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Erica Schoenberg

Director of Talent

Erica joined the RevTrax team to lead the organization in recruitment, talent management, performance management, benefits management and defining company culture. Prior to RevTrax, Erica worked at OnDeck Capital, where she supported the organization as it grew from 50 to 200 employees over her tenure. Prior to OnDeck, Erica held a variety of general human resources and recruiting positions, focusing in start-up environments. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany- SUNY.

Larry Wissink

Larry helps lead the Information Technology team. Prior to RevTrax, Larry worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Software Developer where he managed in-memory caches of reference data for critical trading applications. Prior to UBS, Larry worked as both a data analyst and software developer for the affiliate marketing company Ebates. His strong understanding of the affiliate business and extensive data management skills will allow the technical team to deliver better insights on merchant promotions and customer behavior. Larry holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.

CommunityTrax is our employee-directed philanthropy committee, empowering RevTrax employees to support philanthropic activities and give back to our local community by coordinating quarterly programs and ongoing initiatives.

Cycle for Survival

Cycle for Survival

Nine members of the RevTrax team participated in a 4-hour spin-a-thon, with all event proceeds going to fund rare cancer research at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center. Since 2007, the event has funded 53 clinical trials.


Grow NYC

Grow NYC

Eight members of the RevTrax team dug in the dirt (and mulch!) to help GrowNYC rebuild a community garden in Spanish Harlem that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The garden is used by a neighboring school and local urban farming.


DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose is an online charity that allows members of the community to fund public school teachers' special projects. Projects range from art supplies and reading materials to requests for technology in the classroom. RevTrax funded four projects that provided critical materials like books, art supplies, educational magazine subscriptions and classroom learning materials to high-poverty classrooms across New York City.


Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity

Ten members of the RevTrax team participated in Habitat for Humanity's Brush with Kindness project in the Bronx. Brush with Kindness improves and beautifies low-income neighborhoods throughout New York City where Habitat NYC builds homes.

Senior Java Developer

RevTrax, a growing company in the online promotion space, is hiring senior developers to help build out our platform for scalable growth. With a surge in growth this year, we need to re-architect some key internal systems for reliability and greater volumes. The Senior Developer will be responsible for managing one or more of the key projects for 2015 that will help our company grow and improve efficiency.


The Senior Java Developer will be assigned one or more projects defined as key goals for 2015 based on previous experience and other considerations. Projects will include development of a batch processing system to handle all incoming client files, a new Reporting Framework and a NoSQL cache. In addition the Senior Developer may be assigned to oversee one or more junior developers working on tactical projects and monthly releases.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Engineering team, contribute to the growth of our company by delivering solid code that is tested, reliable, and maintainable. As part of the team you will of course be expected to understand every facet of our existing code and be able to deliver incremental improvements to this codebase. The Senior Developer will also be expected to be able to develop new projects from design onwards that incorporate both best in class technology and strong design principles.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of full-time development experience in a Java application environment.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more Web frameworks (Spring preferably).
  • Strong understanding of design principles related to testing, scale, and flexibility of design.
  • Experience writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and understanding of TDD principles.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, (any flavor). Must be able to understand complicated queries and provide performance tuning.
  • Experience with full development lifecycle. Must be able to start from requirements through design, testing, development, QA, and production deployment.
  • Strong Linux background with some proficiency in shell scripting.
  • Excellent Problem Solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Analyst

The goal of the digital analyst is to use data to create analysis that helps the business generate economic value, while simultaneously becoming a well-liked business partner and teammate critical to the success of the analytics team and stakeholders across the business.


This job is about using data, research, and analytics to tell stories to the business that help make digital coupon experiences better! Although this job has a technical component, the digital analyst requires a sharp, multidimensional intellect that can analyze big data and use it to enable even bigger business results. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions and provide solutions to stakeholders across the company –from executives to analysts in a multitude of groups, such as marketing, product, finance, tech, sales, and client services.
  • Analyze multichannel data from many sources –online and offline and qualitative and quantitative –including the segmentation of customers, acquisition sources and other site, email, and social analytical data.
  • Develop data-driven insights relevant to both tactical product changes and releases and strategically across business initiatives.
  • Collaborate and partner effectively with a wide range of people who have different goals, projects, and ideas that need to be informed by your analysis and recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital analytics as it related to products, campaigns, promotions, brands, categories, site testing, business objectives, and strategies.
  • Create written analysis and data visualizations that explain and illustrate data analysis, insights, recommendations, tactics, and strategies for improving site performance.

  • Manage all phases of business requirements gathering including KPI’s, data collection (including site tagging and QA testing), report creation (building and testing reporting) and distribution, but focus primarily on analysis and analytically rigorous data interpretation, synthesis, and actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital measurement and/or web-analytics - SQL skills a HUGE plus.
  • Demonstrated competency with web analytics tools such as IBM Coremetrics, Webtrends, Omniture, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Exposure to audience measurement, competitive intelligence, and other qualitative data and BI Tools such as comScore, Microsoft BI, Business Objects, Tableau.
  • Demonstrated competency writing tagging specifications, testing tagging, building custom reports, and analyzing data in a business context.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects across a wide-range of activities and scope in a time-sensitive environment with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently handling complex projects and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints.
